Kash Physio (Bsc, HCPC, MCSP), a dedicated and passionate physiotherapist, grew up in Chaddesden, Derby. With a keen interest in healthcare and rehabilitation, Kash pursued a BSc in Physiotherapy at Leeds Beckett University, where they developed a strong foundation in movement science, injury recovery, and patient care.

After obtaining their degree, Kash embarked on a career within the NHS, gaining experience across various specialities before specializing in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy. 10+ years of experience led to a Senior Physiotherapist role, as well as becoming the Hydrotherapy Lead at Royal Derby Hospital, where they played a key role in patient rehabilitation through water-based therapy.

Alongside their NHS work, Kash expanded into private physiotherapy, working under Showler Physiotherapy to provide tailored treatment plans for a range of clients. Building on this experience, Kash has now partnered with ONE DZ Gym, offering a holistic and client-centred approach to physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Their goal is to help individuals recover, regain strength, and return to the activities they love, combining expert knowledge with a passion for improving people’s quality of life.
